Terms of service.

A signed copy of our contract along with a $100 non-refundable deposit per individual student will be due at least two weeks prior to the start of each quarter.  The remaining balance of tuition is to be paid in full by the first day of the quarter in the form of cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. 

  • Placement and scheduling preference are given at the discretion of the instructor and on a first-come-first serve basis.  Spots and times are limited. 

  • Tuition is for (1) music session each week for 12 weeks or the pro-rated number of lessons at the agreed upon specified date and time in the lesson calendar, for the student, whether attended or not. 

  • NO PRORATIONS/ REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR MISSED CLASSES OR CANCELLATIONS. Any lesson canceled by the instructor will be rescheduled or credit will be given at the discretion of the instructor. 

  • NO CLASS SCHEDULES WILL BE CHANGED OR MODIFIED once the quarter has begun except at the discretion of the instructor. Varsity Rock will not accommodate changes in student schedules due to unaffiliated co-curriculars or special events.

  • Students will not be eligible to perform in the comprehensive Rockcital if they miss 4 or more collective rehearsals in a given quarter.

  • Each student will be required to provide their own instrument and come prepared to each lesson with all necessary materials. 

  • Varsity Rock and its instructors are in no way responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, property or instruments. 

  • In the event a student causes damage to personal belongings, property or instruments, owned by Varsity Rock, the financial responsibility for repairing or replacing set items are required of the student and/or parent/guardian of the student responsible.

  • In NO event is Varsity Rock Music School liable for any incidental or consequential injury a student or parent experiences while attending music lessons. By signing this contract you release Varsity Rock Music School from all legal and financial claims pertaining to such cases.
