Pricing and Package List

1. Silent Disco Reception Add-On (Up to 2 Hours)

(Great for any reception with quiet hours or venues with strict noise ordinances.)

  • Package Includes:

    • Rental of 50 headphones

    • 1-channel DJ mix system

    • One DJ

    • Setup and breakdown services

  • Pricing:

    • Base Rate: +$500

    • Additional Headphones: $5 each (if more than 50 needed)

2. Silent Disco Party (Up to 5 Hours)

  • Package Includes:

    • Rental of up to 50 headphones

    • 2-channel DJ mix system

    • Lighting package (LED lights and dance floor lighting)

    • Setup and breakdown services

  • Pricing:

    • Base Rate: $1,500

    • Additional Headphones: $5 each (beyond 50)

    • Travel Fee: $150 (if outside a 40-mile radius of Snohomish,WA. )

3. Prom Event

  • Package Includes:

    • Headphone Rental (Qty. depends on student attendees).

    • 3-channel DJ mix system

    • Full lighting package (including lasers, strobes and LED’s)

    • Setup and breakdown services

    • Two DJ’s!

    • Custom playlist creation with song requests

  • Pricing:

    • Base Rate: $2,500

    • Additional Headphones: $5 each (if over 500)

    • Additional ambient uplighting +$500

    • Travel Fee: $200 (if outside a 50-mile radius)

4. Festivals / Community events

  • Package Includes:

    • Rental of up to 300 headphones

    • 3-channel DJ mix system

    • Two DJ’s

    • Barricaded 1600 Sq ft. dance area. (Fencing included).

    • Advanced lighting and effects package

    • Setup and breakdown services

    • On-site support team throughout the festival

  • Pricing:

    • Base Rate: $5,000

    • Additional Headphones: $5 each (beyond 300)

    • Travel Fee: $400 (if outside a 50-mile radius).

  • A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking.

  • Final balance due 2 weeks before the event date.
